2. Scope of Services
Luxe Landscaping Group provides landscape design, build, installation, and maintenance services, including but not limited to:
- Custom landscape design & consultations
- Outdoor living solutions (patios, walkways, seating walls, etc.)
- Turf, plant, and hardscape installations
- Project management from concept to completion
The specific services to be provided will be outlined in a separate proposal or estimate related to your project.
3. Estimates & Consultations
- All project estimates and quotes provided are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise.
- A consultation may be required before a formal proposal is provided.

4. Payment Terms
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit is required prior to commencement of work.
- Final payment is due upon project completion or as stated in the proposal.
- Payments may include additional charges for materials, labor, permits, or change orders.
- Accepted payment methods will be communicated prior to work beginning.
5. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, the client agrees to:
- Provide access to the property as required for service delivery.
- Obtain any necessary permissions or approvals required for project work.
- Communicate changes in scope promptly in writing.
- Make payments in accordance with the agreed schedule.
6. Change Orders & Scope Adjustments
Any changes to project scope requested by the client after a proposal has been accepted must be documented in a written change order, including cost adjustments and schedule impact. No work will be carried out on changes without express written approval.
7. Project Schedule
- Project timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, permit delays, material lead time, and other factors outside our control.
- Luxe Landscaping Group is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
8. Warranties & Limitations
- We warrant that workmanship will meet reasonable industry standards.
- Warranty terms for plants, materials, or installations (if any) will be provided in your proposal or separate warranty documentation.
- Unless stated otherwise, no warranty is provided for plant survival, turf installation, or natural elements.
9. Liability & Indemnification
- The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Luxe Landscaping Group and its employees against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from use of our services, except where caused by our proven negligence.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services rendered.
10. Cancellation & Termination
- Either party may terminate the service agreement prior to commencement of work with written notice.
- If work has already begun, termination may incur costs for labor, materials, and other expenses already incurred.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which work is performed (Maryland or Delaware), without giving effect to conflict of laws principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website or provided directly to clients. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
